We are bombarded with advertising everywhere we look. Researchers do their best to target specific audiences and appeal to their basic needs and, more often than not, their wants. Everyone wants to be cool or be like everyone else. Advertisers use a lot of psychological knowledge to sell their products.

there are so many companies out there that just want money to make their business "boom" they try to make the prodcut thats being sold something that you think they need. you may not need it but thats how things work. A lot of psychology is used in selling something ,persuading the person that they need to buy this item or there not going to be in style or something silly like that.
